At Rakhi Crunchy Fashion, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or unsuitable item, our return process is simple.

Return Policy You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Steps Email us at info@crunchyfashion.com or connect via WhatsApp within 7 days. Include original packaging, tags, and invoice. Pack securely so the item arrives in original condition.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, we offer return pick-up. For other reasons, send returns to: Rakhi Crunchy Fashion Private Limited, H-101, First Floor, Noida Sec 63, Uttar Pradesh, Pin-201301. Notify us via email with order ID, Waybill Number, and courier details.

Refunds are confirmed within 15 working days of receiving your package.

Cancellations Orders can be canceled before processing. Once shipped, wait for delivery and return within 7 days.

Exchanges Request exchanges within 7 days via email or call +91-9410050306.

Return Conditions Items must be unworn and in original condition. Quality check is mandatory.

Custom Orders Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Timing Refunds are processed after quality check. Non-sellable items will be returned without refund. You will be updated by email within 7 days.

Refund Method Refunds are issued as store credits via gift card with unlimited validity.

Return Pick-up Limitations Pick-up is available only for damaged/incorrect items. For other reasons, ship returns to the above address.

Reverse shipping charges of INR 80 per order apply if we arrange pick-up. Store credit will reflect after deducting this amount.
